The HASIKO Flow is a 60 minute mind body flow that combines the physical benefits of a strong and flexible body, with the mental clarity of a calm mind for optimal mental and physical performance.
The sequence starts with an invigorating 20 minutes high intensity strength training, followed by 20 minutes of deep dynamic stretching, and ends with a 20 minutes guided body scan meditation.
